Which pass buy?

The Sybelles ski area offers 3 levels of ski passes: the Sybelles pass gives access to the entire linked ski area, the Evolution passe gives access to the domain of each ski resort and the Initiation pass giving access to the beginner sector of each station. Is the pass nominative?

The pass is nominative, personal and non-transferable.

Which documents for the Tribu and Sybelles Tribu passes?

No proof is required when purchasing a Tribu / Sybelles Tribu pass. You will only be asked for your identity documents when checking out from the ski lifts to justify the age of each. Remember to take them with you!

Specific equipment and circulation on the domain

Snowscoot, snowbike … Some equipments are allowed on part of the Sybelles ski area and ski lifts. Get the list of ski lifts and sectors accessible to special vehicles at accueil@sybelles.ski  or in ski resorts.

Skiig on the Sybelles area from Saint Colomban des Villards

Saint Colomban des Villards is one of the 6 resorts that make up Les Sybelles. To reach the other resorts, take the Ormet, Charmettes and Cuinat chairlifts, which give access to Ouillon, the roundabout of the Sybelles ski area.

Skiig on the Sybelles area from Les Bottières

To make the most of the entire Sybelles ski area, take the 2 ski lifts leading to the La Toussuire sector. In the event of periodic snow shortfalls, free shuttles are available to take you to La Toussuire. For more information, contact the resort or the ticket office.

Access to the Ouillon for beginners

You can access the Ouillon by blue slopes from all stations. Returns to St Colomban and Les Bottières are nonetheless by red and blue pistes. Ask the trackers for an estimate of your level.

Access to the Ouillon with a ski resort pass ?

You can access up to the Ouillon with your resort pass. However, you will not be able to access a sector other than that of your departure station.

Purchase / Order

Conditions of purchase of a skipass

You can buy your ski pass directly on our website, in automatic desks or directly at the cash desks of ski resorts of Les Sybelles.

 

List of automatic desks in ski resorts:

  • In Le Corbier: near the Voie Lactée chairlift, at the snow front central cash desks and in the tourist office
  • In la Toussuire: near the central cash desks on the snow front, next to the Soleil chairlift and next to the tourist office
  • In Saint Sorlin d´Arves: next to the Plan du Moulin Express chairlift, at the tourist office and near the residences “Fermes de St Sorlin” and “Sybelles” (top of the station)
  • In Saint Jean d´Arves: snow front of Chal next to the central cash desks
  • In Bottières: next to the snow front

By bank check (holder of a bank account open in France)

By cash in euros (up to a limit of € 1,000)

By bank card (Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa)

By ANCV holiday voucher (only for individuals)

At automatic desks = only by bank card (EMV standard).

Access to my online account

Access your account online at www.forfait.sybelles.ski, enter your email address and password.

Unable to access my account

Perhaps you forgot your pass pot? Do not panic, by clicking on “forget your password”, an automatic email with your password is sent to your email address for logging into your account.

After 5 unsuccessful attempts at your account, the system hangs. Then contact the customer service of the station of your choice of departure to reactivate your online account and finalize your order. Contacts

Skicard number missing on my order

Contact us evening by phone or by email to remotely enter your skicard number. Contacts

Access to the domain with a skicard from another domain

You can use a skicard from another domain provided that it is compatible with our purchasing and control system (cards starting with 1 or 01). These can be recharged when purchasing a package, by entering your card number in your online order.

Error in the validity date of my pass

In the event of an error in the selection of the validity date of your package during the online purchase, you may make a request for modification to the ticketing service of the ski resort of your choice of departure by e-mail at the latest 48 hours before the start of validity of the ticket.

Confirmation of my order not received

You have you purchased passes and you don’t have received an order confirmation? First, we invite you to check your spam emails if the confirmation email has not arrived here and wait a few minutes for our system to process your order.

In the absence of receipt, contact us to perform a search in our order system and thus verify that the online payment is indeed effective.

Delivery of the order

Sending by post

Possibility of free sending by post up to 9 days before your arrival at the resort (12 days for foreigners and customers from DOM-TOM). With less than 8 days, the withdrawal in cah desks in ski resorts is compulsory.

Pick up at the station

In resorts, you can withdraw your passes purchased online. Get your voucher for your online order and go to the ski lift cash desks at Les Sybelles stations.

After-sales

Go to the General Conditions of Sale and Use section of our online sales site for packages.
