The 6 day Tribe Pass is available :

  • Unlimited access to the 393 ha of the ski area of Les Sybelles® and its 136 ski slopes, its numerous play areas and infrastructures
  • A family / tribe composed of maximum 3 persons, 2 adults (from 18 to 64 years old included) + 1 child/junior from 5 to 17 years old included or 1 adult (from 18 to 64 years old included) + 2 children/juniors from 5 to 17 years old included. Proof of age required.
    Please note: by selecting the child / junior age categories, you will be required to present an identity document when you pass the ski lift control terminals (upon presentation of proof of age).
  • Passes with the same validity dates of stay
  • Only one payment is accepted.
  • Rechargeable support at 1.50 €: this is a rechargeable free card that you can reuse during a next stay or to recharge your plans via the internet and automatic terminals offering recharging.
  • Prices inclusive of VAT at the current VAT rate.

Is the pass nominative?

The pass is nominative, personal and non-transferable. Go to our general sales conditions - "Passes" and "Pass control" article.

Specific equipment and circulation on the domain

Snowscoot, snowbike ... Some equipments are allowed on part of the Sybelles ski area and ski lifts. Get the list of ski lifts and sectors accessible to special vehicles at customer@sybelles.ski  or in ski resorts.

Pick up at the station

In resorts, you can withdraw your passes purchased online. Get your voucher for your online order and go to the ski lift cash desks at Les Sybelles stations.

Unable to access my account

Perhaps you forgot your pass pot? Do not panic, by clicking on "forget your password", an automatic email with your password is sent to your email address for logging into your account.

After 5 unsuccessful attempts at your account, the system hangs. Then contact the customer service of the station of your choice of departure to reactivate your online account and finalize your order. Contacts
